About My Practice

As a clinical psychologist I have been trained in a variety of treatment modalities with and emphasis in depth psychology and mindfulness approaches. Having also been trained as a registered nurse, I bring awareness of the mind body connection to the work of therapy. I assist woman and men who struggle with depression, anxiety, loss and a variety of inner conflicts diminishing the joy of living. Increased self awareness, enhanced self acceptance and development of of healthy coping skills are our goals as we work together in a context of confidentiality and trust. My approach includes both brief and long term treatment.
